Swiss Federation of the Blind Adapted Adapted Walking Path
Located in the Saanen-Gstaad region and overlooking the Oberland Mountains, the Solsana hotel serves as the training and holiday centre for the Swiss Federation of the Blind. The entire facility is fully equipped for visitors who are blind or visually impaired, with talking lifts, large print/tactile maps and instructions, a library with large print, Braille and talking books, and ramped access for wheelchairs. In addition to specially adapted indoor and outdoor swimming pools, skittle alley, gym and sauna, there is an adapted walking path for people who are visually impaired to enjoy the surrounding nature and clean mountain air. Guide dogs are welcome.
